Vergine Baccono is near the onsen-famous town Jyozankei. Using ingredients from Hokkaido, the bakery bakes light and refreshing bread in a kiln. Not only the wheat, the other vegetables are all from Hokkaido, so you can eat with peace of mind. There is a cafe attached too, so you can buy bread and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
