Donguri is extremely well known by Sapporo locals. The bakery opens early in the morning, so those on the way to school or work often buy bread here. The most famous bread here is the Chikuwa bread. The bread is a simple combination of chikuwa, tuna, mayonaise, making a nostalgic flavor.
