Michi-no-Ekis (Roadside Rest Areas) Takikawa
Description
There is free parking and toilets available 24 hours a day. They are also used as disaster-prevention facilities. During May the turn yellow from the color of rapeseed flower, thus comes its name "Hill with Color of Happiness".
