From the 90m observatory, visitors can enjoy the different beautiful expression of Odori park in different season. When the weather is good, visitors can even see all the way to The Ishikari Plain and The sea of Japan. Especially during winter event seasons, the observatory is the first class seat for overlooking at events such as Snow Festival and White Illumination in Odori Park. Within 30min after closing hour, the observatory is up for functional rental, and this special service is popular among couples, but please remember to make prior reservation.
