TRANSPORTATION

JR HOKKAIDO

To travel around main tourists spots in Hokkaido, taking JR is more of a convenient way. Some people will also take Shinkansen to enter Hokkaido from Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
Some of the stations in the countryside are unmanned stations, and some local train lines have only 1 operating train, and some lines are going to discontinued in a few years.
You can take a chance experiencing the nostagic vibe of Japan.
